How it works
Timeline from Design to Installation – the process is divided into three stages.
Stage 1: design, quote, planning.
We will arrange an appointment for an in-home consultation where we will discuss layout, design, and finishes. During this meeting, we will measure your space.
If you decide to go ahead with your project a 50% deposit payment is required prior to any work commencing.
This usually takes less than a week.
We will advise you on any additional trades that may be required for the project. We offer project management, including the scheduling of trades, or you may choose to utilize your own trades, and we can coordinate with them.
Stage 2: Production
Dependent on the materials being used for production it can take varies to anywhere from 1- 8 weeks from date deposit is paid.
The second progress payment of 40% is due three days before the delivery of your joinery.
We will provide you with an estimated delivery and installation date close to its completion.
Stage 3: Installation
Involves site delivery and installation.
Can also cover the demolition phase and trade management.
Once completed the remaining balance will be due.
Stone Installation
The installation of the stone will occur approximately 7-10 working days after the template pickup.
